I got fat for Christmas

For anyone who has piled the pounds on there comes a moment when you realise how bad it has gotten. For me, as a bit of a fitness freak in the past, when I put on a few pounds I’m the first to complain even though it’s not noticeable. But for the last six months the weight has piled on and I only realised it now. I knew my clothes didn’t fit well, I was getting out of breath easily, and I felt unwell. I put my lack of exercise down to spraining my ankle last year as there are still days it gets sore for no reason what so ever. But it was only 31st December 2014 that it hit home how bad I was. On this fateful day everything changed. One of the things I had gotten was fat for Christmas.

Too chicken for YouTube

Recently I was toying with the idea of starting a YouTube channel and vlogging (or video blogging) on there. I’ll be honest, I’ve heard the term “YouTube millionaire” thrown about so much I was more than tempted to try to join the club. I debated with myself the reasons why I should or should not. What if I’m talking and people can’t understand a word I’m saying with my Northern Irish accent? I don’t know how to edit videos, can I even do it on a laptop? Or should I just skip the editing thing and make it raw, untouched, and honest? But what am I going to talk about? The same things I talk about on here? Does anyone even watch videos like that on there?
