Do you know what I love about my job? It’s the free stuff. Every month I get contacted by brands who want me to review their products. And every month, my postman brings me plenty of stuff to test out. But some of the stuff I use I have gotten for free without a PR person, and you can get it too. This month in the beauty edit, lets talk about freebies.

Beauty Edit #1- AA Skincare Wipes
If you have been a fan of the site for a while then you will know I love AA Skincare. They have sent me out some different wipes to review and I’m in love! First of all, there are the face wipes. These are super soft wipes that are really refreshing and remove 90% of my make-up. They struggled with the eyes but you all have seen how much eye make-up I wear. I’m more excited about using the body wipes that they sent. I have used them a few times and they are super refreshing in this heat!
Beauty Edit #2- Models Own
Model Co Colour Box Eye Pencil Black 01 by Model Co
Models Own Line & Define – Lip Liner – Naked
This month I noticed that certain magazines had free make-up with them. Being the clever bunny that I am, I bought the magazine for the make-up. Models Own products were available with one magazine and there were four different products up for grabs. I was able to get my mitts on the eye pencil and the lip pencil. There were other products but I didn’t want to be greedy.
Beauty Edit #3- Benefit
Benefit Goof Proof Eyebrow Pencil
This is the newest product from Benefit and it’s part of the new brow range. I am a big fan of Benefit so I was super excited to see them giving away the brow range with certain magazines. I have only discovered how to do my brows properly. What? I’m a bit late to the brow game. It’s amazing the difference that a well-shaped brow can make to your face.
Beauty Edit #4- Toppik
This is a product that I’m really excited about and can’t wait to get testing! Toppik is a hairspray that provides coverage for bald spots on your head. I have a thinning hair line which makes me look a bit older than I am so I’m excited to see if this will help to roll back the years. /this can also be used as a dry shampoo and as a styling aid. I can see plenty of vintage hair styles in my future.
Beauty Edit #5- Mustela
Mustela Hydra Bebe Body Lotion 300ml
Mustela Baby Spf50+ Very High Protection Sun Lotion 100ml
Mustela Maternity Stretch Marks Prevention Cream Fragrance Free 150ml
Mustela 9 Months Stretch Marks Care Oil 105ml
You can imagine my face when this bundle appeared at my front door! Mustela really did spoil me with all of these goodies! The suncream is definitely going to come in handy over the next few weeks and it’s great that it’s Factor 50 protection. I’ll be holding on to the baby lotion for my newest arrival but I did have a sniff and it smells lovely. As usual, I plan on being really tough with the stretch mark cream and oil. Hopefully they won’t let me down but I won’t know for sure until after the baby appears and my stomach is recovering.
