Not only have I been knitting up a storm, I’ve been baking, homeschooling the kids, and developing a love for the spookier things in life. Let me be clear, I am no Mystic Meg when it comes to astrology so don’t think that you can pop over to me and I’ll tell you the future. I only found out what a birth chart is a few weeks ago. But in the short time that I have been looking into the mysteries of the universe, I have discovered so much about myself and how I interact with the world. And if you are a skeptic, I won’t hold it against you if you are, but can you just hold on to your disbelief for a moment? You can? Great.
The reason I am bringing this up is that I was told about “Venus in retrograde”. You may have heard of Mercury in retrograde, it’s a time when everyone likes to blame a string of bad luck on the planet Mercury as it appears to move backward across the sky. Every planet is capable of going through a retrograde, and Venus does this around every 18 months. I was stalking the astrology section of Twitter and one of the more experienced astro accounts pointed out some stuff that happened to them during previous retrogrades. What was shocking was one of the dates that they mentioned, back in 2012, when I met my husband. There was a whole load of stuff that happened but so you will just have to trust me that it was a strange time.
When Venus goes into retrograde, a lot of stuff can happen but it can be mainly about love that you need to review. Why am I bringing this up? Well, in the past our love lives were a lot easier to navigate. Going forward, it may not be that easy to meet someone. It is kind of a shame, however it leaves the door open to new and inventive ways to meet people.
