Karl Lagerfeld Lip Couture Lipstick in Red
This is a deluxe mini of a classic red colour. If you are a fellow vintage lover, this will be right up your street. Not only is this a matte lipstick, it is highly pigmented and long-lasting. And, being a deluxe mini, it can easily fit into a small handbag or clutch for a night of dancing at the hootenanny.

Who would dream of wearing a red lipstick without a lip liner? You would? Please don’t. I don’t know why but red lipstick has a terrible habit of bleeding out and over the lip line. I don’t know any red lipstick wearer who would go without it. This full-size lip liner is the exact match of the red lipstick in the box. Not only will you have more defined lips, the liner will help your lippy stay on your lips.

If you have been a subscriber of Glossy Box for a while, you would have received one of these little pots of blush in the April 2018 box. This is another full-sized item and is the most valuable item in the box (coming in at a cool £31 if you want to buy one). This little pot is packed with pigment and dazzle that can be used on the cheeks or the eyelids.
Karl Lagerfeld Long-Lasting Liquid Liner
If you are like me, your eyeliner game is probably not the best and needs some help. This liner is like a felt-tip rather than a paintbrush which can make it easier to apply. But, unlike some other liners, this one has an angled tip (a bit like a felt-tip calligraphy pen) to help you get a more precise line and flick. This is another full-size item, because who really needs to fiddle with a mini-pen when doing eye makeup?

This is another deluxe mini for the lips but this one is a neutral gloss. The gloss has been formulated to last all day but the tiny bottle means you can pop it into a clutch bag for a night out. This gloss leaves a satin finish rather than the gloopy mess that once was all lip glosses. It even has a cushioned wand to help make the application even easier.

Makeup brushes are expensive these days so I am always happy to get a new brush in a Glossy Box. And this brush is no exception with a retail value of £22! It is a super soft brush that can be used to apply blusher (like the one in the box), powder, bronzer, or highlighter. It is a real multi-tasker for the face.
