Flow With Wisdom trust your intuition

It can be tough to be a working woman these days and sometimes you need a helping hand to get things moving in the right direction. This is where coaching can come to the rescue. I’ve teamed up with Naudia and her Flow With Wisdom coaching programme to see if it can help me move forward.

Because we live in a world where money is needed to survive, Latte Lindsay runs a number of affiliate programmes and offers contributed or partnered content. The Programme

The programme is split over 8 weeks with different sessions and meditations to help you trust your intuition and make better life choices. Making better choices, and deciding what works for you comes from looking within for answers. This course takes a holistic approach to removing any blocks that are holding you back and trusting yourself. As well as providing a safe space, Flow With Wisdom uses an evidence based approach to get you there. “My intention for you is to allow the source of your innate wisdom to guide you along this course in the most beautiful way possible”.

Talking with Naudia

As part of the course, I was able to jump on a call with Naudia to discuss a lot of things. My main question was, “how does this course differ from all of the others?” I was completely upfront with her and my concerns about coaching courses. I also brought up the subject of the scam artist coaches I have dealt with in the past. Naudia completely understood where I was coming from and was upfront with her answers while acknowledging that there are scam artists out there. She was happy to discuss her experience and how her career over the last ten years has brought her to this moment with the creation of her course. As well as being a certified coach, she used to work in health care marketing and has studied behaviour as part of her journey. It’s not often I say this, but I was impressed with her attitude and her open book policy to her experience.

The Result

I’ve been doing the course when I can because I have been so busy recently. This post was also supposed to be up a few weeks ago. But, after going through some of the sessions and speaking with Naudia, I realised that I need to slow down and work out what I actually want to do. I don’t mean what I think I should be doing, what I *actually* want to do. This is about finding peace and clarity within your day to day actions. Do I keep this site running because I feel that I have to after 10 years of blood, sweat and tears? Or do I do it because I want to? I realised, after some soul searching, I do it because I want to. But I needed to take a step back for a few weeks to get my head around what I wanted for the future of the site. Which kind of sucked for Naudia because I told her I would have the post up after the first week of the course. However, it does just go to show how powerful the course is after a few days of starting it.

Moving Forward

I still have a lot of work to do with the course, technically I’m still on week one. But it goes to show how much I had to cull to find some sort of balance within the first week. A lot of you who take the course might discover the same thing. I will continue on with the course and keep everyone updated when I finish with what I have discovered, but so far it’s been good and liberating.
